Spiced Breakfast Martini
1tbsp orange marmalade
50ml Poetic License Spiced Cranberry and Orange Gin
25ml Cointreau
Shake the gin with the marmalade and Cointreau over ice, then strain into a Martini glass. Garnish with an orange peel swirl and star anise.
