How do we love gin? Let us count the ways...starting with an absolutely delicious cocktail! This twist on the classic French 75 takes October's Poetic License gin and gives it a fabulously fizzy makeover. Here's how to mix up this delightful drink:
Poetic 75
50ml Poetic License Spiced Cranberry and Orange Gin
25ml lemon juice
10ml sugar syrup (2 parts sugar to 1 part water)
Champagne
Pour the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup into a Champagne flute and stir. Top with Champagne and garnish with an orange peel swirl.
