Whether you're a Leap Day baby, a lady planning on proposing to your beau, or you just love gin cocktails, this slightly sweet, slightly bitter concoction, invented by Harry Craddock at London’s Savoy Hotel in 1928, will help you celebrate Leap Day in style. 60ml London Dry Gin
15ml Grand Marnier
15ml Martini Rosso
10ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
Shake the ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with a lemon zest twist.
