Dydd Gwyl Dewi Sant Hapus! (That's Happy Saint David's Day to those of you not fluent in Welsh!)

To help celebrate Wales' national day, we've created this delicious Welsh-inspired (or Cyrmaeg) gin cocktail.

Combining Grand Marnier orange liqueur, freshly squeezed blood orange juice, sweet pomegranate grenadine syrup, a splash of citrus and - of course - some beautifully smooth gin, this simple cocktail is a deliciously fruity celebration of the Welsh emblem and pride of the Welsh flag, the Red Dragon!

It’s super easy to make and looks absolutely stunning. If you make them with some lovely Welsh craft gin, all the better… Cheers - or should that be, iechyd da!
