The Curious Concoction
50ml Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin
20ml fresh lime juice
30ml grapefruit juice
10ml sugar syrup
Fresh mint and a grapefruit wedge, to garnish
Method:
Add the ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with fresh mint and a grapefruit wedge.
