This Chilli, Coriander and Lime G&T Recipe Is The Perfect Match For KETTLE® Thai Sweet Chilli potato chips!
When you want the perfect night in there’s nothing better than pairing a fantastic G&T with an extra special snack to really treat yourself. Look no further than KETTLE® Thai Sweet Chilli hand-cooked potato chips, which we sent our members in their August 2020 Gin of the Month box, and this amazing chilli, coriander and lime G&T.
Authentically sweet with a fiery streak, KETTLE® Thai Sweet Chilli potato chips are a delicious, crunchy delight that work so well with the refreshing herby zing of fresh coriander, the citrus kiss of lime and the warm fruit aromas of fresh chilli in this delectably effervescent tipple.
Our first choice of gin would be Rock Rose Citrus Coastal Edition Gin, our August 2020 Gin of the Month, of course, it’s umami tones and subtly salty, citrus flavour is an ideal match for KETTLE® Thai Sweet Chilli, but if you weren’t lucky enough to get our August 2020 Gin of the Month box then any good citrus-forward or herb-forward gin will work really well too.
Spicy red chilli, fragrant coriander and tangy lime come together to make a gin and tonic with a kick!
Chilli, Coriander and Lime G&T
1 red chilli
Juice of ¼ lime
45ml gin
Tonic water
Coriander leaves to garnish (optional)
Slit chilli lengthwise and lightly muddle in a glass. Add ice, lime juice and gin. Top with tonic and stir gently. Garnish with coriander leaves if using.
