This deliciously refreshing Breakfast Martini can be enjoyed at any time of day!

Gin and orange is, of course, a classic combination; breakfast wouldn’t be breakfast without some freshly squeezed orange juice and a little pot of marmalade tempting you to spread it lavishly on your toast. Well, this fabulous cocktail now brings you the best of both worlds!
With only four ingredients, it couldn’t be easier to whip up - even before you’ve had your coffee! So, next time you’re having friends over for a little brunch party, why not skip the mimosas and Bloody Marys and give this delicious little number a go?
Of course, it’s just as delicious and refreshing in the evening, too - we’ll leave it to you whether you still have it with your cereal or not!
50ml gin
15ml triple sec
15ml lemon juice
Heaped bar spoon of marmalade
Orange peel, to garnish
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add all of your ingredients. Shake for 20 seconds, then strain into a chilled Martini glass.
