Blackberry & Plum Gin Spritz: You need to give this incredible cocktail a go!
Combining craft gin with fresh blackberries, sweet plum jam and the incredible Highland Spring Blackberry, Plum & Hibiscus Sparkling Water we sent Craft Gin Club members in their November 2022 Gin of the Month box, this sumptuous spritz cocktail recipe is simply divine!
What’s more, it couldn’t be easier to make at home. All it takes is a little muddling and pouring of the High Spring Sparkling Water and you are good to go.
Blackberry & Plum Gin Spritz
50ml London dry gin
25ml fresh lemon juice
1 tsp plum jam
2 fresh blackberries (plus more for garnishing)
Highland Spring Blackberry, Pum & Hibiscus Sparkling Flavoured Water
Muddle the gin, blackberries, jam and lemon juice in the bottom of your glass. Add the ice and top with the sparkling water. Garnish, serve and enjoy!

Elderflower & Pear Gin Fizz
35ml gin
15ml elderflower syrup
15ml lemon juice
Highland Spring Pear & Elderflower Sparkling Flavoured Water, to top
Pear slices, to garnish
Add your first three ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a highball glass. Top up with Highland Spring Pear & Elderflower Sparkling Water and garnish. Enjoy!
