To celebrate the arrival of our brand-new Caramel Syrup to the Craft Gin Club Essential Range of cocktail syrups, our mixologists have come up with a couple of delicious cocktail recipes using this tasty ingredient. They couldn’t be easier to make and will really take your cocktails to the next level!
Sweet, smooth and rich, this gorgeous cocktail syrup is an elegant alternative to classic simple syrup and is the perfect way to add luxurious caramel flavours to your favourite gin drinks, whether it’s a fruity summer sundowner or a creamy dessert cocktail. You could even use it in your favourite gin-spiked hot chocolate!
Take the flavours of a classic toffee apple and give them a modern twist, with this delicious salted caramel appletini!
Ingredients:
50ml Gin
50ml Apple Juice
10ml Caramel Syrup
5ml Lemon Juice
pinch of salt
Method:
Add all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake well.
Strain into a martini or coupe and garnish with a slice of apple.
