Celebrate Burns Night with haggis flavoured gin!

We are all for experimenting with craft gin, here at Craft gin Club and over the years we have brought to your attention a number of pretty 'out there' flavoured gins - Unicorn tears, Pixie Tears, Marshmallow, to name a few.

They may not be to everyone’s taste and you probably wont ever see them in our Gin of the Month boxes but we are a pretty open minded bunch and are intrigued by all these bonkers flavours now available!

Which brings us to the next flavoured concoction - not for the faint-hearted gin drinker - Haggis flavoured gin, just in time for Burns Night! Created in a micropub in the Scottish Borders, Haggis gin is best served with...Irn Bru! And is the gin baby of Debbie and Simon Rutherford who run the pub.

While most will be swigging a dram or two of whiskey this Burns Night, Debbie and Simon wanted to mix it up (quite literally!) by adding the Scottish signature dish flavour to their ever-growing gin flavoured list (so far they have created parma violet gin and rose petal gin)

After some intense recipe testing Haggis gin was born and is a lot like a spiced gin, when, mixed with Irn Bru, works well! Like we said, the jury is out here at Craft Gin Club HQ but we will still be celebrating Burns Night with these (pretty tasty) gin and Irn Bru cocktails! Cheers
