This tall, fruity garden gin cocktail recipe could be our new favourite summer cocktail recipe! Busting with bright, refreshing fruit flavours, all underpinned by the unique savoury palate of a very special craft gin, it is sweet and savoury in all of the right places.

A drool-worthy mix of Loveday Glas House Gin, Double Dutch Cucumber & Watermelon and Craft Gin Club’s very own Garden Breezer Cocktail Syrup, all of which can be found in Craft Gin Club’s August 2023 Gin of the Month box, this cocktail is brimming with the joys of a summer garden.
Each sip is juicy and fragrant, with those watermelon and cucumber tones from the Double Dutch mixer wonderfully underpinned by the peppery, citrusy and herbaceous notes of the gin.
The syrup then adds its own jam-like flavours that elevate the whole experience.
Finished with fresh lemon and strawberries, it’s perfect for sharing with your gin pals in the garden!

50ml Loveday Glas House Gin
25ml Garden Breezer Cocktail Syrup
100ml Double Dutch Cucumber & Watermelon
Lemon slices and strawberry, to garnish
Add the gin and cocktail syrup to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake, then strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with the Double Dutch Cucumber & Watermelon. Stir, garnish and enjoy!
