Inspired by Greek mythology and Paradise Meadow, a wildflower meadow that sits at the bottom of Mount Rainier on America’s Pacific Northwest, not far from the Astraea Spirits distillery in Seattle, Astraea Spirits Meadow Gin has a remarkable wildflower bouquet that’s wonderfully balanced with citrus and juniper tones.
That delectably complex mix of flavours is the perfect match for the crisp, refreshing palate of Three Cents Tonic, which is made with only the finest spring water and high-quality quinine.
Finished with grapefruit slices and allspice, to garnish, this is a truly special summer gin and tonic recipe that has to be tried to be believed - there is no other G&T experience like it!
