Sky Wave White Horse London Dry Gin is Craft Gin Club's March 2024 Gin of the Month, and for good reason. This truly special London dry gin was exclusively developed for the Craft Gin Club which means that Craft Gin Clubbers are the first to taste it in the world. It has been artfully crafted by the team at The Sky Wave Distilling Co. to be a fantastic expression of the local Oxfordshire landmark, the Uffington White Horse.

The Sky Wave team use botanical ingredients that can be found around the Uffington White Horse like red clover flowers and cornflower petals to give the gin a remarkable floral-led flavour profile.

We have paired Sky Wave White Horse London Dry Gin with Navas Original Tonic Water, which has a unique and utterly delicious mix of well-balanced citrus and aromatic bergamot flavours. Those bright, crisp, complex tones complement and elevate the floral and juniper profile of the gin wonderfully.

Craft Gin Club's Master Mixologist, Maria Vieira has then chosen slices of lime and juniper to garnish this mouthwatering gin and tonic. The lime adds its own touch of zesty green citrus while the juniper grounds the G&T with its earthy warmth.
