This March, we're taking a trip to Lincoln with a beautiful craft gin from Lincoln Distillery.
The brilliant, tight knit team behind this family-run distillery has been hard at work crafting an exclusive expression that not only captures the spirit of spring, but also tells the story of their unique corner of the country and the journey they've been on to build their distillery there.
With bright opening notes of citrus and light floral flavours, the mid palate offers a full profile of bold tea, sourced from a local tea purveyor, and crescendos into a long, rich finish.
We’ve been friends and fans of Matt and Jen from Lincoln Distillery for years and we’re over the moon to finally be able to share their fantastic gins with you. Lincoln is a city steeped in history and filled with so many iconic British ingredients – this gin is no different!

Each month we send our members the recipe for the Perfect G&T, plus all the ingredients to make it! This custom recipe has been carefully curated by the Craft Gin Club flavour experts to perfectly suit the Gin of the Month and provide you with the ultimate sipping experience.
This March, step into spring with a G&T that’s bursting with light, bright flavours while also offering a complex botanical depth in both the spirit and the mixer. Find the recipe below!
March 2025 Perfect G&T Recipe:
Ingredients
- 50ml Lincoln Springtide Gin
- 200ml Foreva Farmers Classic Tonic
- Dried pink grapefruit, to garnish
Method
Fill a copa glass with ice and add the gin and the tonic. Stir gently to combine, then garnish and serve.
Craft Gin Club's March 2025 Cocktail of the Month: Spring Fling
On top of the Perfect G&T recipe, Clubbers will also receive the ingredients for our March 2025 Cocktail of the Month – Craft Gin Club’s Spring Fling!
This refreshing, fruity cocktail has been carefully created by our master mixologist Maria Vieira and blends delightful notes of citrus with juicy red fruits to create an invigorating, full-flavoured sip. Get the recipe below!
Craft Gin Club's Spring Fling
Ingredients
- 50ml Lincoln Springtide Gin
- 25ml Spring Fling Cocktail Syrup
- 100ml Nexba Mixed Berry Kombucha
- Fresh lime and mint, to garnish
Method
Fill up a highball glass with ice and pour in your gin, cocktail syrup and mixer. Give a quick stir to combine, then garnish and serve.
