Our March Rum of the Month comes to us from Brixworth - the bold brand that boasts over 80 years' combined drinks experience in its talented team of hospitality veterans.

Fill a glass with ice and pour in the rum and mixer. Add the garnish, stir gently to infuse and serve.

In this delicious cocktail, our custom-made cocktail syrup containing notes of tropical lime, passionfruit and bitters, come together with a juicy sparkling mango mixer and a dash of full-bodied dark rum for added richness and depth.
