Each month, we send Craft Gin Club members everything they need to make a perfect gin and tonic for that month in their Gin of the Month box and our May 2022 Gin of the Month box is no exception.
There, they can find a beautiful bottle of TŌSH Gin from the Czech Republic, which we have paired with Twelve Below Apple & Garden Mint Mixer to create a stunning, creative gin and tonic recipe that’s bursting with incredible flavour.
The luscious and perfectly balanced mix of apple and mint tones in the Twelve Below mixer work so refreshingly well with the spice, citrus and floral aromas of TŌSH Gin in this simple serving suggestion.
The garnish duo of lime and black peppercorns then add a touch of warmth and zest that really take this wonderful gin drink to the next level. These three ingredients together make each sip sublime!

50ml TŌSH Gin
200ml Twelve Below Apple & Garden Mint Mixer
Lime and black peppercorn, to garnish
Fill your favourite copa or highball glass with ice. Add your gin, top up with tonic and stir gently. Garnish and serve. Cheers!
