Here the gin, Roundwood Fireside Gin, adds a wonderful combination of earthy juniper, sweet sloe berry and autumn spices, while the Galipette Cidre Brut fills every sip with a spectrum of authentic apple flavours.
The Forest Fruit Fizz then adds a medley of berry flavours, including blackberry, strawberry, cranberry, and blueberry. This gives the cocktail a luscious, moreish, sweetness that is fun and completely divine.
The garnishes of fresh mint and blackberries then continue the forest fruit theme while adding a fresh, soft green herb fragrance that really brings everything to life.

50ml Roundwood Fireside Gin
25ml Forest Fruit Fizz Cocktail Syrup
125ml Galipette Cider Brut
Blackberries and mint, to garnish
Add your gin, syrup and cider to a highball glass with ice. Stir and garnish to serve.
