Bright citrus from lemon verbena is balanced by the oceanic umami flavour of kelp, while liquorice salt, added post-distillation, gives this spirit a faint, yet utterly delectable, hint of salinity. Our August 2020 Syrup and Garnishes of the Month:
Highland Sling Cocktail Syrup and Dried Grapefruit & Goji Berries

We send our members a new bespoke cocktail syrup and specially selected garnishes in each of their Gin of the Month boxes so that they can make our Perfect G&T and our unique Cocktail of the Month, created by our in-house mixologist, Maria.

This month, we are sending our members our incredible Highland Sling Cocktail Syrup so that they can make our wonderfully refreshing Cocktail of the Month, Craft Gin Club’s Highland Sling. It’s full of lip-smacking wild berry flavours! Find more on our online shop, here.

To garnish our August 2020 Perfect G&T, we have sent our members dried grapefruit slices and goji berries, which are also available on our online shop, here. They make for a unique and lip-smacking combination that provides delectably bitter and sharp tones that can elevate any gin drink.
