This gin cocktail is cool as a cucumber and brimming with elderflower and apple flavours!
If you like the classic English Garden gin cocktail recipe then you will absolutely adore this Cucumber, Elderflower & Apple Cooler gin cocktail recipe. It takes those sumptuous, bright lime, elderflower and apple flavours and adds a juicy, refreshing hit of cucumber that is quite simply divine.
For this cocktail recipe, we recommend using Stillgarden Social Gin from the Stillgarden Distillery in Dublin, Ireland - it’s Craft Gin Club’s September 2022 Gin of the Month! Made using botanicals grown in Stillgarden Distillery’s on-site communal garden, this Dublin gin is brimming with fresh mint and floral flavours that are all taken to the next level by a touch of citrus.
That bucolic flavour profile works so well with the sweet elderflower syrup and fruity apple juice in this recipe. The light, almost-savoury fragrance of the cucumber then elevates the whole experience. It’s a must-try!
