Gin-spiked Ice Lollies? Yes! These fruity ice lolly recipes are perfect for summer parties - it's like having a frozen cocktail on a stick!
When the weather is hot outside and you want nothing more than something cool and refreshing, nothing quite hits the spot like a fruity frozen ice lolly.
But how do you make those classic ice lolly recipes even better? We have just the things, gin and Mike’s Hard Seltzer! They are an incredible way to turn your normal ice lollies into gin-credible boozy ice lollies that are like frozen cocktails on a stick!
Yes, you read that correctly! Gin and Mike’s Hard Seltzers! They not only make a fantastic pair when mixed together (both gin and Mike’s Hard Seltzers are pretty delicious sipped on their own too, of course - try them both in Craft Gin Club’s June 2022 Gin of the Month box), but they also add so much delicious complexity that takes your ice lollies to the next level.
These three fabulously fruity ice lollies are both made with AND inspired by the three incredible flavours that Mike’s Hard Seltzers come in - Lime, Black Cherry and Raspberry.
Each one is full of authentic fruit flavours, all on a delectable foundation of juniper from the gin.
