Peach Orchard Punch
(Eight servings)
Ingredients:
120ml honey
3 pieces of ginger
250ml gin
1 litre peach juice
200ml ginger beer
120ml lime juice
Peach slices, lime wheels and rosemary, to garnish
Method:
Combine your honey and ginger with 120ml water in a saucepan and simmer on a low heat for about 20 minutes or until the honey dissolves. Allow your syrup to cool and remove and discard the ginger slices.
Add the honey syrup to a punch bowl or jug with a large portion of ice. Add your remaining ingredients and stir well.
