For the most soothing, aromatic, warming drink on a cold, dark night, you really can’t go wrong with a hot toddy! Here at Craft Gin Club, we love using a smooth London Dry Gin in our version of the classic winter tipple for a delicious twist on the usual flavour - all the botanicals in your gin really open and produce a wonderful scent and taste.

Feel free to experiment with the ratios of gin to hot water and adjust the sweetening agent and lemon to suit your own personal taste - this is a comfort drink so it’s all about finding the version you like the most. PS: Remember to use hot but not boiling water, as you would with tea, to avoid spoiling the gin. Cheers!
