Brunch

50ml gin
15ml triple sec
15ml lemon juice
Heaped bar spoon of marmalade (such as Bonne Maman Bitter Orange Marmalade)
Orange peel, to garnish
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add all of your ingredients. Shake for 20 seconds, then strain into a chilled Martini glass.
Lunch
Raspberry Ginger Fling
50ml gin
15ml elderflower or sugar syrup
15ml lime
Heaped bar spoon raspberry jam (such as Bonne Maman Raspberry Conserve)
Ginger ale, to top up
Raspberries and lime wheel, to garnish
Add the gin, syrup, lime juice and jam to a shaker and stir for 1 minute to dissolve the jam. Add ice to the shaker and shake hard, then strain into a highall glass filled with ice. Top up with ginger ale and garnish.
Evening
Caramel Gin Flip
30ml gin
20ml triple sec (or other orange liqueur)
20ml Irish cream liqueur or Baileys
1 whole egg
1 heaped teaspoon of caramel (such as Bonne Maman Salted caramel)
Orange peel or cinnamon stick, to garnish
To serve cold: add your ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously (without ice). Then pour over ice and add a twist of orange rind or a sprinkle of cinnamon and nutmeg to garnish.
To serve warm: add your ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously (without ice). Strain into a small saucepan and heat VERY gently over a low heat, stirring and never allowing to boil, before pouring into your serving glass or mug. Garnish with a twist of orange peel or a cinnamon stick and serve!
