Lemon and gin sauce has us so ready for pancake day!

Here at Craft Gin Club we will find any excuse to inject a bit of gin into our lives! And pancake day just got a lot more appealing with the help of this lemon and gin sauce!
We have the fabulous M&S to thank for this creation, described as tart and zesty and emulating the "classic flavours of a G&T".
The sauce is made with Indian tonic water and 4% gin - so not too punchy, but we would guess the pancake tossing may become a little haphazard after a couple of helpings!
