Here at Craft Gin Club, we love nothing better than a fabulous gin cocktail to lift our spirits up (pun intended). And, while we love a classic gin and tonic, sometimes we need something on these dark, wet, lockdown nights in that looks, tastes, and, well, feels a little bit more special!
On the other hand, we don’t want to be faffing around with complicated ingredients or techniques. Which is why this cocktail recipe hits the nail on the head: with just three ingredients, it really couldn’t be easier! And yet, this zingy, sparkling, fruity, scarlet tipple somehow transforms our mood!
Pomegranate Gin Fizz
25ml gin
50ml pomegranate juice (available in most supermarkets and online)
Champagne, to top up (or prosecco)
Fresh pomegranate seeds or raspberries, to garnish
Mix gin and pomegranate juice in your chilled coupe glass. Top up with champagne, garnish with a few pomegranate seeds or fresh raspberries. Add a sprig of mint or a twist of lime peel for extra aroma, if you have some. Serve immediately.
