Rose Petal Martini
1tsp rose petal syrup
50ml GŴYR Rhamanta Gin
25ml of vermouth
Dried rose petals, to garnish (available at Waitrose and Amazon - or make your own!)
First, you’ll need to make the rose petal syrup: combine 100ml of water and 100g of sugar in a saucepan with 2 tbsp of dried rose petals. Simmer gently until the sugar and water have combined into a syrup then strain and cool before use.
To make the martini: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Then add your first three ingredients, shake them well and strain them into a martini glass. Garnish with dried rose petals and enjoy!
