Keep the Christmas spirit flowing with our festive twist on a classic gin cocktail, the Negroni. Made with Tarquin’s Christmas Cornish Gin - that featured in our December 2018 box - with the addition of port and chocolate shavings, this is one decadent treat you need this Christmas!
30ml spice-led gin such as Tarquin’s Cornish Christmas
25ml Campari
25ml Tawny Port
15ml cold brew coffee
Clementine twist and dark chocolate shavings, to garnish
Add your gin, Campari, port and coffee to an iced mixing glass. Stir thoroughly for 30 seconds and then strain into a rocks glass packed with ice. Spray over the oils from the clementine peel, then add to the glass along with some shavings of dark chocolate.
