Our February Gin of the Month, Edinburgh Valentine's Gin, has had us in the mood for love ever since it arrived!
With Valentine's Day fast approaching this weekend, its time to shake up the passion with a couple of drop-dead gorgeous cocktails.

Valentine’s Martini
Edinburgh Valentine’s Gin
Dry vermouth
Ice
Rose petal, to garnish
Shake equal parts Edinburgh Valentine’s Gin and dry vermouth with ice. Strain, garnish with a rose petal and enjoy – preferably with your Valentine!
If a Martini’s not your thing, here’s something a little sweeter to win your Valentine’s heart.
Valentine’s Heartini
70ml Edinburgh Valentine’s Gin
35ml pomegranate juice
50ml pineapple juice
Pour Edinburgh Valentine's Gin, pomegranate juice and pineapple juice into a Boston shaker. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds and double strain into a Martini glass, garnish with a lemon twist.
