Our romance with gin is one that we never want to end! And we know that Members feel the same way. Here's a wonderfully simple recipe to show off your gin to perfection - and whose name echoes exactly how you'll feel when drink it: tickled pink!
50cl pink gin (Edinburgh Valentine’s Gin, preferred)
50cl premium tonic
4-5 dashes bitters
Lemon slice and strawberries, to garnish
Add ice and 4-5 dashes of bitters to a glass, swirl and shake out excess bitters. Pour over equal parts pink gin and tonic water. Garnish with lemon and strawberries.
