Those who have been lucky enough to visit Hong Kong, the home of Perfume Trees Gin, our April 2020 Gin of the Month, know that it is a city that provides the ultimate sensory experience - it’s name does mean ‘fragrant harbour’ in Cantonese after all!

To capture the sense of wonderment that Hong Kong exudes, our resident mixologist Maria Viera has created a easy cocktail recipe for you to try at home that is as deliciously floral and zesty as it is aromatic and elegant. Just like Hong Kong itself! So if the sound of lemon and lime citrus notes, mixed with savoury green tea and a fragrant, award winning gin gets you salivating then you will want to give this one a go.

Using ingredients from their April 2020 Gin of the Month box and a few store cupboard mainstays our joyous members can create this easy cocktail and be transported to the fragrant harbour from their homes!
