Craft Gin Club's July 2024 Rum of the Month: River Test Spiced Rum
Long-term spirits fans will recognise The River Test Distillery as the incredible team behind Craft Gin Club's March 2021 Gin of the Month, now they are back with a truly remarkable craft spiced rum. With soft brown sugar sweetness and touches of citrus, all atop a base of spice and smooth meadowsweet, this rum is perfect for sipping on the rocks and mixing into your favourite rum cocktails.
We first introduced River Test to members during the strange days of March 2021. We loved Sarah and Jon's love of the English countryside and how well their chalk stream gold gin reflected this. Thankfully, those lockdown days are long behind us but Sarah and Jon have continued making amazing things and none so much as their new River Test spiced rum which continues to incorporate the best that native English botanicals have to offer.
