Condesa Gin Sahumerio is Craft Gin Club’s October 2023 Gin of the Month and it is a remarkable expression from the Condesa Gin distillery in Mexico City, Mexico.
Inspired by Mexican Day of the Dead ceremonies, the gin is made with copal bark and Aztec marigold flowers, both of which are used in traditional Day of the Dead rituals. It is a wonderfully smokey gin, with glorious hints of citrus, herb and floral flavours that are completely divine.
The experts at Craft Gin Club have paired Condesa Gin Sahumerio with Britvic Indian Tonic Water, which has a delectably subtle bitterness and light citrus tones that serve as the perfect juxtaposition to the rich gin.
Together, this gin and tonic give you a drinking experience that is rich, warm and complex while also being bright and refreshing.

50ml Condesa Gin Sahumerio
200ml Britvic Indian Tonic Water
Orange slices, to garnish
Add your gin and tonic to a copa glass with plenty of ice. Stir gently and garnish to serve.
