Mixing the rich, complex delights of juniper with the mouth-wateringly sweet-tart lemon tang of limoncello and the tropical palate of Aqua Libra Pineapple & Grapefruit, this cocktail is fruity and citrusy in all of the right places.
The mellow honey then adds a wonderfully sweet base to balance the acid of the lemon and the fresh raspberries give the cocktail a berry'-licious fragrance that’s delectably moreish.

Limoncello Kiss
25ml The River Test Distillery Chalkstream Gold Gin
25ml Limoncello Pallini
25ml lemon juice
2 tsp honey
Aqua Libra Pineapple & Grapefruit
2 fresh raspberries
Sparkling water, to top up
Fresh raspberries and mint, to garnish
Shake the gin, limoncello, honey, lemon juice and two fresh raspberries together with lots of ice. Double strain through a fine sieve into an ice-filled glass. Top with sparkling water. Garnish, serve and enjoy!
