At the core of this beautiful cocktail recipe is an utterly divine tipple: Great Glen Light & Zesty Highland Gin, Craft Gin Club’s July 2023 Gin of the Month!
Made with peppery watercress, pink peppercorns, orange blossom and eucalyptus, this unique and delicious gin is a symphony of citrus, floral and warm spice tones that work so well with zesty lemon and juicy raspberry flavours.
Those summery lemon flavours are delivered by Craft Gin Club’s Gin Limoncello in this bubbly serve. Bright, fragrant and delectably sweet-tart, this iconic Italian lemon liqueur adds new levels of summery delight that contrasts the bittersweet Campari wonderfully.
The Campari’s own mouthwateringly bitter-sweet citrus notes then complement the sweet, juicy raspberry syrup like nothing else can.
Of course, we recommend using Craft Gin Club’s Raspberry Syrup here. Part of our essential syrups range, it has been created by our master mixologists to be the perfect way to add amazing raspberry tones to your favourite gin drinks.
All topped off with sprightly, crisp prosecco (or lemonade if you want to tone down the booze), it’s perfect for sipping in the sun.
