Every month, Craft Gin Club’s Master Mixologist Maria comes up with a bespoke recipe to show off the flavours in our gorgeous Gins of the Month. This time, she’s dreamt up a springtime tipple bursting with the sunny flavours of a warm day in May.
This divine cocktail recipe combines the beautiful juniper, herb and Mediterranean-inspired olive tones of Cuckoo Solace Craft Gin Club Special Edition, a rare craft gin made exclusively for Craft Gin Club members, with the delectably rich yet sprightly port and tonic water flavours of Pedrino Ruby & Tonic Spritz (a tipple perfect for sipping on sunny verandas through spring and summer).
The not-so-secret ingredient that then takes this bubbly delight to the next level is our bespoke Cuckoo Bird cocktail syrup, a sweet, fragrant addition that is absolutely mouthwatering.

35ml Cuckoo Solace Gin Craft Gin Special Edition
100ml Pedrino Ruby & Tonic Spritz
25ml Cuckoo Bird cocktail syrup
Lime wheel, to garnish
Add all of your ingredients to a highball glass filled with ice and stir gently before garnishing.
