Warm up this winter with a cosy Mulled Sloe Gin cocktail
Here at Craft Gin Club, we like to think we know a thing or two about the best winter cocktails to turn to when the temperature drops and the dark nights stretch on. From boozy hot chocolate to winter sangria, a new season means a whole new range of delicious drinks and bold flavours to play with - and nothing screams “winter” like our cosy Mulled Sloe Gin Liqueur!
Instead of waiting weeks for your sloe gin recipe to mature, and measuring out spices and mulling syrup, you’ll find all the rich flavours of mulled sloe gin bottled inside this spiced liqueur.
With a stunning craft gin from our Family of Distillers at its core, this beautifully crafted gin liqueur is just as delicious sipped on its own over ice as it is mixed into a delicious gin liqueur cocktail. In fact, it takes all the hassle out of making mulled wine and hot toddys - just add red wine and hot water for a delicious winter warmer!
How should I drink my Mulled Sloe Gin Liqueur?
For a quick and easy winter cocktail, you can’t go wrong with Mulled Sloe gin liqueur and prosecco. Just add 1 part Mulled Sloe Gin Liqueur to 3 parts of your favourite sparkling wine (for example, a single serving would be 25ml of Mulled Sloe Gin Liqueur to 75ml sparkling wine.)
Make sure both ingredients are chilled from the fridge, otherwise you can add them to a mixing glass with ice and stir gently to chill, before straining into a champagne flute or saucer and garnishing with blackcurrants.
Once you’re ready to sharpen your cocktail-making skills, check out our delicious version of a Mulled Sloe Gin Hot Toddy below! If you haven’t tried this tasty tipple yet, just picture fruity red wine and rich sloe berries (we also love ours with apple or orange juice) warmed with festive spices like cinnamon, star anise and ginger.
