Combining the delectable juniper-rich tones of a quality craft gin with the juicy, fruity delights of fresh raspberries, mouthwatering white chocolate liqueur and sumptuous vanilla syrup, it is simply divine. What’s more, the addition of cream adds an extra luxurious touch, giving the cocktail a velvety texture that is so wonderfully moreish.

40ml Modern Love Gin
60ml cream
8 fresh raspberries
25ml white chocolate liqueur (available online)
20ml Vanilla Syrup
Add the fresh raspberries and gin to the bottom of a stirring glass or shaker and muddle. Add lots of ice along with the cream, chocolate liqueur and vanilla syrup. Stir well and then strain into your martini coupe. Garnish, serve and enjoy!
