There’s no better way to share the love than by mixing up a big batch of cocktails for all of your favourite gin pals, and this pretty pink punch ticks all of our boxes.

So grab your favourite pink gin and combine it with the rich, fruity, blackberry flavours of crème de mûre, zesty lemon and juicy raspberries for this wonderful cocktail.
What's more, you can make this serve in advance by mixing all the ingredients except the sparkling wine and ice in your punch bowl and placing it in the fridge.
Top up with sparkling wine when you’re ready to serve and hey-presto, you have the perfect Galentine's cocktail (it will also work for Valentine's too!).
Serves 4
100ml gin
50ml crème de mûre
100ml lemon juice
40ml simple syrup
500ml sparkling rosé
16 fresh raspberries
Fresh raspberries and lemon slices, to garnish
Add all of the ingredients to a rocks glass filled with ice or, if you’re making a punch, to a punch bowl filled with ice. Stir to combine and garnish with fresh raspberries and lemons.
