Rosé Gimlet
25ml gin
75ml rosé wine
15ml lime juice
10ml Craft Gin Club Simple Syrup
1 drop rose water (optional)
Lime twist, to garnish
Add all of your ingredients except your garnish to a mixing glass filled with ice and stir until chilled. Strain into a coupe glass, garnish and serve.
If you like that, try this!
Alternatively, for an even easier tipple (and a slightly sweeter one), try this three-ingredient take on a Rosy Gimlet. The key is to use a sweet, pink wine (rather than the delicate dry rose you’ll need for the recipe above) to balance the strength of flavour of the gin.
