We’ve created a beautiful recipe inspired by a Black Forest gateau for an elegant after-dinner gin cocktail. With just a couple of ingredients, this cherry twist on a classic Gin Alexander will impress your gin pals!
With mouth-watering white chocolate liqueur (known as creme de cacao blanc), the gorgeous juniper notes from the gin, sweet vanilla and almond tones from the cherry brandy and cream to give it a decadent texture, we know you’ll love this cocktail. It combines all of our favourite flavours in one sumptuous sip!

Cherry Alexander
30ml gin
15ml creme de cacao blanc (white chocolate liqueur)
15ml cherry brandy or cherry liqueur
30ml cream
Maraschino cherry, to garnish
Add all the ingredients to a shaker with ice and combine. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a maraschino cherry.
