Our May 2025 Gin of the Month is bursting with citrus, salinity and a delicate sweetness. Co-founded by Alex and Emma Watson (yes, that Emma Watson!), Renais is uniting the historic art of winemaking with the modern world of craft spirits. Renais is sustainably distilled from French wine grapes, tastefully imparted with flavour from terroir and fresh botanicals.
More than just a tonic, this new special-edition mixer from The Artisan Drinks Co. blends flavour with purpose. The team have created J’adore Emily Tonic to help raise funds for Emily Walsh, the wife of Artisan’s artist, Alan Walsh, who was sadly diagnosed with ALS in 2024. With the funds raised from sales of J’adore Emily Tonic, Alan is hoping to take Emily to the Mayo Clinic in the US – the number one neurological hospital in the world that offers assessments, trials and treatments otherwise unavailable in Europe. Craft Gin Club’s Garden Spritz Cocktail Bundle has everything you need to whip up our May 2025 Cocktail of the Month in a few easy steps.
Our carefully crafted Garden Spritz is a delicious twist on a classic Hugo Spritz, infused with delightful notes of grapefruit and cardamom from our custom-made cocktail syrup. Topped off with a citrussy, herbal gin and floral mixer, it’s the perfect summer serve!
