One thing’s for sure, pink gin cocktails always look the part - there’s just something about the gorgeous blush hue that makes them look extra sippable. If you love the light sweet taste of a pink gin, then this easy-to-make pink gin cocktail will make you smile from ear to ear.

This fruity and fabulous cocktail is quick to make and all of the flavours work wonderfully well together. Chambord gives rich raspberry and citrus notes, which pair beautifully with the pink gin. The zingy pink lemonade offsets the sweetness with bubbles and a gentle tangy taste. Garnish yours with fresh lemon slices, sprigs of fresh mint and raspberries to give it that refreshing edge that makes you say ‘aaah’ after you’ve sipped it! 40ml pink gin
15ml Chambord
120ml pink lemonade
Fresh lemon slices, raspberries and mint to garnish
Pour the gin and Chambord in your glass and stir. Top with the pink lemonade and add slices of lemon, a few leaves of mint, and raspberries to your glass. Enjoy!
