This stunning cocktail strikes just the right balance - you’ve got the refreshingly crisp sparkling wine that effortlessly mixes with the sweetness of the soft fruity pink gin. It’s divine! 50ml Pink gin
100ml Prosecco
10ml Simple syrup to taste (depending on how sweet your gin is!)
1 Punnet raspberries to muddle and garnish
Fresh mint, to muddle and garnish
Begin by adding some raspberries and 4 mint leaves to a shaker and muddle. Then add in your pink gin, syrup, ice and give it a good shake. Next, pour in your prosecco. Fill your glass with ice and garnish with remaining mint and raspberries.
Swap the pink gin for a London Dry gin and simply tweak the simple syrup to raspberry syrup instead!
